Patrick joined the BosUrban team in 2015 after three years in Boston’s private banking industry, a background he believes served as valuable training for commercial real estate. Focused on client service, Patrick has exclusively represented prominent landlord clients such as Related Beal, Invesco, Rockpoint Group, AvalonBay Communities, and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. Patrick has helped his tenant clients, including Luke’s Lobster, Reebok, and Beacon Hill Athletic Club, find premier real estate at an average of $15/sf below market. Born and raised in Lyndonville, VT, Patrick is a graduate of Western New England College and lives on the south shore with his wife Michelle, son Maverick, and daughter Lucy. An avid baseball fan, Patrick also likes to golf and travel in his free time.
Sean is a restaurateur-turned-real estate advisor who deepens our expertise in the hospitality industry. A co-owner of TRADE, the James Beard-nominated restaurant in Boston’s financial district, and Back Bay’s Porto, Sean brings a gift for listening and an intimate understanding of the amenities that appeal most to Boston area tenants. As demand for restaurants continues to grow and evolve, he’ll play a pivotal role in advising our clients on both new and reimagined urban developments. A graduate of Northeastern University, Sean majored in Chemistry, honing his analytical mind and attention to detail. In 2017, he and his wife Rebecca became the proud parents of a baby girl. Among Sean’s other big passions are skiing and cycling, the latter of which he pursues with renewed intensity each August in support of the Pan Mass Challenge.
Amanda signed on as a graphic designer with BosUrban in February 2018, fresh from a whirlwind career start with the Boston Red Sox and an internship with BosUrban. A 2017 graduate of the University of Connecticut where she majored in Art History, Amanda impressed the team with her creative animation skills. It wasn’t long before she launched and began running the firm’s social media marketing. Amanda loves traveling abroad, almost as much she loves coming home to Dante, her 12-year-old half-Shitzu/half-poodle.
Sarah is the right hand to our partners and the smile that greets every BosUrban visitor. Before joining our team, she worked as an event coordinator for the U.S. Department of Transportation. Team-oriented and a natural leader, Sarah is a 2016 graduate of UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, with a BS in Hospitality & Tourism. While at UMass, she also did volunteer work with children, a commitment she continues weekly at Horizons for Homeless Children. Like her coworkers, Sarah loves to travel and hopes to some day visit all the continents.
