Jonathan P. Dutch


Jonathan is a partner and founding member of Boston Urban Partners. Over the past decade and a half, he has facilitated downtown real estate transactions in excess of $2.5 billion in the aggregate. His clients have realized increases in the capital value of their assets by up to 203% as a result of BosUrban’s work.

Jonathan has been instrumental in increasing the market rents for his property-owning clients in such developing neighborhoods as Fort Point Channel and Fenway by as much as $57/sf, while also creating stable, sustainable districts through creative merchandising. Jonathan is a graduate of Northeastern University’s D'Amore-McKim School of Business. He lives in Cambridge with his wife and two daughters, enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking and family travel, and is actively involved in a number of philanthropic ventures throughout the greater Boston area, including The Food Project and Horizons for Homeless Children.
