Through Boston Urban Partners’ (BosUrban) retail advisory and transaction work at our flagship asset, One Kendall Square, we were able to identify 991 SF of previously non-income generating space to accommodate a 5,762 SF full service restaurant. The Smoke Shop by Chef Andy Husbands is on track to do 97% morein annual sales than its predecessor, Tommy Doyle’s. Most impressive was that on top of the additional space, BosUrban secured the tenant within four months of being hired and was able to execute a lease $39/SF over market.
