Sean is a restaurateur-turned-real estate advisor who deepens our expertise in the hospitality industry. A co-owner of TRADE, the James Beard-nominated restaurant in Boston’s financial district, and Back Bay’s Porto, Sean brings a gift for listening and an intimate understanding of the amenities that appeal most to Boston area tenants. As demand for restaurants continues to grow and evolve, he’ll play a pivotal role in advising our clients on both new and reimagined urban developments. A graduate of Northeastern University, Sean majored in Chemistry, honing his analytical mind and attention to detail. In 2017, he and his wife Rebecca became the proud parents of a baby girl. Among Sean’s other big passions are skiing and cycling, the latter of which he pursues with renewed intensity each August in support of the Pan Mass Challenge.
