Jonathan Dutch is a partner and one of the founding members of Boston Urban Partners. Over the past decade and a half, Jonathan has been responsible for facilitating downtown real estate transactions in excess of $2 Billion in the aggregate. His clients have realized increases in the capital value of their assets by up to 203% as a result of Boston Urban Partners’ work. Jonathan has been instrumental in increasing the market rents for his property owning clients in developing neighborhoods such as the Fort Point Channel and the Fenway by as much as $57/sf and all the while creating stable, sustainable districts through creative merchandising.
Jonathan is a graduate of Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He currently resides in Cambridge with his wife and two daughters and is actively involved in a number of philanthropic ventures throughout the greater Boston area.
